JACKSON, Wyo. — In an effort to support local families, Becoming Jackson Whole is hosting a complimentary session titled "Mindful Parenting" as part of its community wellness initiative, “Mindfulness Works — If You Work It!” This event aims to equip parents with effective strategies for mindful parenting, fostering a more harmonious family environment.
