Actress Hwang Jung-eum is getting real about the daily chaos of parenting her two young sons as a single mother. In a recent candid interview, the star admitted that the toughest part of her day is managing her boys' endless energy, and she confessed that her go-to parenting method has taken a toll on her physically.

"I lost my voice from yelling," Hwang said with a laugh, but the exhaustion behind her words was clear. She explained that between school runs, meal prep, and refereeing sibling fights, she often finds herself at her limit by early evening. "There are moments when I just sit on the floor and wonder if I am doing anything right," she shared.

The actress, who finalized her divorce two years ago, has been open about the pressure of doing it all alone. She noted that while her sons are loving and sweet, they are also "two little tornadoes" who never seem to run out of steam. Hwang admitted that she has started reading parenting books and even tried meditation, but nothing prepares you for the reality of two boys who want your attention at the same time.

Despite the struggles, she emphasized that she would not trade it for anything. "They are my whole world, even when they drive me crazy," she said. Hwang also revealed that she is learning to ask for help from her own mother and close friends, something she used to avoid. "I used to think I had to be supermom. Now I know it is okay to say I am tired."
